At Eisley Wander, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if:

• The item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective

• You contact us within 7 days of receiving the order

• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all original tags and accessories

Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

• Items returned without original packaging or tags

• Custom or special orders

• Items marked as final sale

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Email us at [email protected] with your order number and a clear description (and images) of the issue

• Our team will review your request and respond with return instructions if your return is approved

• Do not send the item back without confirmation from our team

4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect due to our error.

5. Refunds
As we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, refunds will be processed through one of the following methods:

• Replacement product (preferred for valid returns)

6. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange for the same item (in case of damage or defect), we’ll arrange to send a replacement after reviewing your return request and receiving the original item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately by sending an email to [email protected] with your order number and photographic evidence of the damage.

8. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled. For cancellation requests, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
